A: Satisfaction is guaranteed on all of our products. If you receive chocolate that is broken, damaged, or not the item you ordered, please call or email us immediately. If chocolate melts because no one was there to receive it and it is left outside, we will not be responsible. We suggest shipping to your place of business.
Q: How do I know chocolates won't melt during the summer months?
A: We do everything possible to safeguard against melting. Foil Wrapped Chocolates uses insulated cooler boxes, and reuseable gel ice packs ( for an additional cost of only $5.50), which turns your box into a little ice cooler! Unfortunately, these materials won't protect against the heat for longer than two days, so you will need to select shipping that takes two days or less. Also, we will only ship out meltable orders on Monday through Wednesday (otherwise, your candy will just sit in a hot UPS hub over the weekend, thus defeating the purpose of you paying extra for shipping).
Q: Can I get a sample?
A: Samples are usually free. We ask that you supply us with either a Fedex, UPS or DHL shipper number. We do the rest.
